Original painting on canvas owned by the artist and was inspired by her love of horses. To ride a horse is to fly without wings, to feel his freedom of spirit. There is a Bedouin prayer which says ‘the wind of heaven is that which blows through a horses ears.
I have been unable to ride since my early twenties due to a damaged coccyx, but I can remember and imagine.
